The membership of this association shall be open to all residents of Negros Oriental and their immediate families who subscribe to the purposes and functions of this organization.
A member in good standing is defined as any member who is not considered to be in arrears of his/her dues.
A member is defined as any person who has been a resident of Negros Oriental, at any time for at least one (1) year.
An honorary membership shall be granted to individuals who has a good moral character, and has extended valuable services to the organization, as recommended by a member and approved by the board.
